Nageshwari A has amassed over two decades of HR experience, having worked in industries such as Engineering, Auto-ancillary, Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, and Foundry. She has extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Policy Design & Compliance, and Employee Relations from collaborating with business and functional leaders. Before deep diving into HR, she dedicated nearly a decade to R&D for a Petrochemical giant. Nageshwari is also the founder of Nishthavan Consulting LLP, an HR Consulting firm catering to permanent & temporary staffing.

She is a certified POSH Trainer, an avid blogger, and a Wellness Coach. Additionally, she is a SCARF-certified Mental Health Skill Provider, serving on the Board of Directors of Home Aadharavu, an NGO working towards the rehabilitation of psychiatrically challenged people. Nageshwari is also a Pranic Healer, a certified Arhatic Yoga Practitioner.
